  • Do I need to hire a professional wedding planner to work with Beyond the Decor for my decor and design?
    We highly recommend that you have a professional wedding planner and a day of coordinator for your wedding date. We recommend that all vendors that you hire have valid business license and a valid certificate of insurance. If you do not have a wedding planner, we can provide that service to you with our Wedding Design, Floral & Décor Production Services.
  • What is the average cost of Beyond the Decor to design my wedding?
    While each wedding is tailored to your specific needs, we have BASIC PRICING that will be tailored to your wedding specifics once we have the opportunity to talk. The Beyond the Decor design and floral experience begins at $7,000 for 50 guests. Beyond the Decor focuses on exceptional weddings & events and each of our clients has a different vision for their big day. We don’t offer “One Size Fits All” pricing for our clients, because each wedding, event, and couple is unique. Instead, we offer a consultation to learn more about your event, then provide a custom quote based on your distinctive vision.
  • How do I receive a quote?
    Before quoting wedding planning or design pricing we require a consultation to get all your wedding details and your overall vision. To get started please click on the Contact Us page and fill out the required information so we can get you scheduled for a consultation.
  • Is there a retainer required to hold my date?
    Yes, we require a retainer of $1,000 to retain our services & to save the date on our event calendar.
  • How far in advance should I reserve my date?
    We recommend that you reserve your date with Beyond the Décor as soon as possible to ensure date availability. We book events up to 2 years prior to the event.
  • Do you offer installment plans?
    Yes! We do offer monthly installment payments for our wedding planning and design services. Beyond the Decor by LaToya minimum booking retainer to reserve your wedding design services is $1,000-$2,000. We advise couples to start booking us 12 months out if needed. The balance is due one month prior to the wedding.
  • Where are you located? Do you travel?
    We are located Hampton Roads, Virginia area servicing the Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina. We hope to expand our travel locations in the near future.
  • How do we get started?
