What is the average cost of a Beyond the Decor Wedding?
Our minimum design budget is $5,000. Our design services include designing the ceremony & reception venue. We can also provide the bouquet and personal flowers for the wedding party.
Our service offerings differ depending on the style, flower selections, and the guest count. Our quality of service is the same no matter the price points we work with. No two events are the same! Quotes are based off your guest count, overall design, and the amount of staff needed to execute each event. A consultation is required to discuss the details of your wedding/event before a quote is given.
Is there a retainer required to hold my date?
Yes, a retainer is required to save your date.
Does Beyond the Decor provide full service décor, set up and break down? And do clients keep decorations?
Yes, we provide full service. Our team will deliver, set up, break down and pick up decorations. All decorations are considered rentals only. We will bring only the amount of table linens, sashes, chair covers, centerpieces, etc., as specified in the contract.
How far in advance should I reserve my date?
We recommend that you reserve your date with Beyond the Décor as soon as possible to ensure date availability. We book events up to 1 year prior to the event.
How much time does Beyond the Decor need to decorate?
We require approximately three (3) or more hours to design. We may need more time depending on your guest count and design. We will also need time to breakdown décor.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We do offer monthly payment plans for our wedding services. Our minimum retainer to secure the date is $750. The balance is due one month prior to the wedding.

How do I receive a quote?
We start with a phone consultation to discuss your wedding/event needs. From there, we will put together a proposal for you to approve. This proposal will include an estimate of pricing based on what we discussed in our phone consultation.

What is Wedding Day Management Service?
Wedding Day Management Service is a day of coordinator (often a month-of service) is logistically-focused, but on a shorter timeline than a planner. They will confirm vendor contracts and create a day-of timeline, as well as make sure things like payments and guest counts are in order but won 't be involved in the earlier planning phases or keeping track of your budget.
What is Event Design?
An event designer' s role is purely aesthetic and doesn’t 't include things like contract negotiations or attending appointments alongside the bride. We make things pretty. Designing is more detailed and encompasses a great deal of creativity.
